Services for Minors & Supervised Riders
Lovely Southern Transportation provides transportation for minors and individuals who require supervision. For safety and compliance, the following guidelines apply:
Minors must have a parent or legal guardian authorization on file prior to service
Riders requiring supervision must be accompanied by a guardian, PCA (Personal Care Assistant), or authorized caregiver if required for their safety and care
Our drivers provide transportation services only and are not responsible for medical, personal, or behavioral supervision during transit
Any special care needs must be communicated in advance to ensure proper accommodations
We reserve the right to decline transportation if appropriate supervision or safety requirements are not met
